APS Positioning System
Using the APS system, operators are ensured to tighten bolts in the sequence and positions specified by the process requirements. If an operator deviates from the prescribed sequence, the APS will lock the tool and prevent activation. Additionally, the APS can integrate with a socket selector—tools can only be activated if the operator selects the correct socket; otherwise, the system triggers an alarm.
Every bolt for each product is recorded and uploaded to a designated database for post-process traceability.
Torque Arms / Positioning Torque Arms
When an electric torque screwdriver reaches the preset torque and stops rotation, the momentary inertial stop generates a reactive force equal to the preset torque. The torque-balancing arm absorbs this reactive force from the screwdriver, ensuring safer and more ergonomic operation.
For high-torque tools (e.g., electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers), the torque-balancing arm ensures secure mounting, preventing quality defects caused by insufficient hand-held force and reducing risks of workplace injuries.
Bit / Socket Selector
The selector integrates an error-proofing mechanism to prevent socket mismatches or incorrect screw placement during product or fastener changeovers.
Additionally, the tightening gun supports intelligent torque switching, enabling dynamic adjustments to preset parameters for optimized production efficiency.
